We specialize in custom courseware, so the content comes from you. But that doesn’t mean it has to be organized into a neat package. We work with source content in various forms – including documents, presentations, outdated course materials, a subject matter expert, or simply a good understanding of your goals. It’s not necessary to have your content organized, either (often, it’s not!). As part of our design process, we gather information and help make sense of it.
We are experts in tackling topics that we aren’t familiar with, and work closely with your subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy. During our discovery process, we get to know your goals, target audience, and environment. Along the way, you see work in progress and give us feedback, including if the content is on target. It can even be an asset to have a “newbie” perspective about content, as we can see things that learners might need that experts might overlook. We’ve developed courses on a wide range of topics including information security, HIPPA compliance, revenue cycle management, and Salesforce development.

Absolutely. If this is a priority for you, we’ll walk you through the process to ensure the course is accessible from the mobile devices your learners use.
We will need to learn more about your needs to really answer this question. There are many factors that go into the pricing, and if your budget is limited, we’ll discuss more budget-friendly options to help achieve your goals.
Like cost, development time also depends on how complex the course is and how long it will take the typical learner to complete it. As part of our scoping process, we will give you more specific timeline estimates.
You own all rights to the course. When you are satisfied that the course meets your needs, you will get files for publication as well as any source files for future maintenance.
